Full-journey support
Computrol handles every stage in-house. No third-party support chain. The team that builds the hardware also installs it, trains your operators, and answers the phone when something needs attention.
Before the purchase
Most customers are not fuel or water control experts. They know their operation - how many vehicles, how many dispensing points, whether they need cloud reporting or a self-contained system. Computrol's job is to translate that into the right product configuration.
Pre-sale support includes a site assessment conversation, product recommendation, and introduction to our dealer and integrator network if a local installation partner is the right fit for your region.
Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group contract holders can skip the competitive tender process entirely. Computrol will provide the contract numbers and walk you through the documentation.
We ask the right questions - number of sites, hoses, operators, cloud vs on-premise, existing infrastructure - and tell you which system fits.
Computrol maintains a network of channel partners, dealers, and integrators across Canada and the United States. We can make the right introduction for your region.
Public-sector buyers can purchase through Sourcewell or Canoe without a full tender process. Ask us for the contract numbers.
We put together the hardware configuration, software licence, and installation scope in a single clear quote with no hidden components.
Our team or a certified installer commissions the system at your site. Terminals are tested under operating conditions before we leave.
Operators, vehicles, access levels, fuel types, reporting schedules - all configured to your operation before handover.
We train your team on the management software. Simcom cloud dashboard, ProFuel 2 local software, card and fob management - all covered before go-live.
Smaller on-premise systems are designed for single-visit commissioning. We install, test, train, and hand over the same day.
Getting you live
Hardware that isn't commissioned properly causes support calls. Computrol installs and commissions every system with the same attention to configuration that goes into the hardware itself.
UL and CSA certified terminals are designed for outdoor installation across North American climate conditions. Fleet Fuel and WaterBlue on-premise systems are purpose-built for single-visit commissioning. Cloud systems on Simcom are configured remotely and handed over with a live dashboard walkthrough.
Long-term support
Computrol has supported systems installed in 1993. The team that answers the phone today knows the hardware because they work on it. That is not a common offering in this industry.
Most issues are resolved remotely. Computrol can connect directly to the system and diagnose without sending a technician - which matters when your site is at -30°C or two hours from the nearest city.
Simcom is continuously developed. SSO support, automatic odometer reading, user management - features added to active deployments. On-premise ProFuel 2 updates are managed the same way.
Parts are stocked for current systems. C6000 customers: we continue to support existing installations while parts remain available, and we have clear upgrade pathways ready.
Simcom undergoes third-party penetration testing. Known vulnerabilities are addressed before they become incidents. SSO with Microsoft Entra ID and 2FA are standard on cloud accounts.
Adding hoses, terminals, or new sites. Migrating from Fleet Fuel to Simcom, or from WaterBlue to Simcom Water. Computrol manages the expansion without starting from scratch.
No ticket queue routed to a third-party call centre. Customers with 30-year relationships call Bizhan or Jose directly. That is the support model and it has not changed since 1981. Reach support at [email protected] or by phone.
Self-service resources
Registered customers have access to our Knowledge Base - manuals, wiring diagrams, configuration guides, and firmware documentation for all current and legacy systems.

Note for C6000 customers
The C6000 has provided reliable service for many years. Spare parts availability is becoming limited. Computrol continues to support all active C6000 installations, and two upgrade pathways are available: Fleet Series (up to 1,500 drivers and vehicles with ProFuel 2) and Simcom (cloud-based, unlimited sites, real-time reporting). Contact us to discuss which path fits your operation.
