Product: Simcom Fuel / Simcom Water
Simcom now includes a built-in User Management system that allows organizations to control employee access to the platform without contacting Computrol support. Administrators can add users, assign roles, edit access levels, and suspend accounts directly from the dashboard.
Previously, changes to Simcom user accounts required a support request. For organizations with staff turnover or multi-department access requirements, this added friction and delay. The new User Management system puts account administration directly in the hands of the organization.
Company Admin
Full control over the organization's Simcom account. Can add and remove users, assign and change roles, suspend accounts, and access all reporting and transaction data. Each organization has at least one Company Admin.
Power User
Can perform specific administrative tasks defined by the Company Admin - running reports, managing operator registrations, or accessing transaction history - without having full account control. Useful for dispatchers, fleet coordinators, or finance staff.
The role structure is designed to reflect how organizations actually operate: a small number of administrators with full access, and a larger group of staff with scoped access appropriate to their job function.
