Product: Simcom Fuel
EasyFuel+ integrates encrypted RFID technology with Simcom to identify and authorize vehicles at the fuel terminal automatically. The driver approaches the terminal; the vehicle is identified; fueling is authorized. No card swipe, no fob tap, no PIN entry required.
EasyFuel+ has its roots in Computrol's C6000 system, where early RFID authorization was first deployed. The updated EasyFuel+ brings the same capability to Simcom, with encrypted credentials and tighter integration with cloud-based transaction management.
Fuel theft prevention
Unauthorized fueling requires a registered, encrypted RFID credential matched to an approved vehicle. Credential sharing or card lending is eliminated - the credential is tied to the vehicle, not the driver carrying a card.
Manual entry errors eliminated
Vehicle identification, job code entry, and odometer capture (when combined with the GOS) are all automated. Transaction records are clean without depending on driver accuracy at the terminal.
Operational accountability
Every transaction is tied to a specific vehicle and records timestamp, location, fuel type, and volume. Simcom's reporting dashboard shows the full transaction history without needing to correlate manual log entries.
Scales to any fleet size
EasyFuel+ works for five vehicles or five hundred. New vehicles are added to Simcom and credentials are assigned from the dashboard - no site visit required.
